Intellectual Property & Copyright Policy
Last Updated: November 2024
1. Ownership of Content
All digital products, graphic templates, layouts, and design elements available on Mr-Verify.net are the intellectual property of our design team. While our templates may replicate real-world documents for educational and theatrical purposes (props), the digital source files (PSD structure, layers, and restoration work) are created by us and are protected by international copyright laws.
2. License Agreement
When you purchase a template from our store, you are granted a Single-User License. This means:
- You CAN: Use the file for personal projects, client presentations, film/theater props, or educational training.
- You CAN: Edit the file to suit your project needs.
- You CANNOT: Resell, sub-license, redistribute, or share the original PSD file on other websites, forums, or Telegram channels.
3. Copyright Infringement (DMCA)
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any material available on our website infringes upon your copyright, please notify us immediately. We will investigate and remove any infringing content in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
To file a notice, please email us at: [email protected]
4. Trademarks & Brand Usage (Disclaimer)
Use of Brand Names: All product names, logos, brands, and other trademarks or images featured or referred to within the Mr-Verify.net website are the property of their respective trademark holders.
Reason for Usage: We use these names and logos solely for descriptive and identification purposes. Since our business involves selling graphic templates that mimic specific visual styles (for educational or prop use), referring to these entities is necessary to describe the nature of the file to our customers.
Non-Affiliation: Mr-Verify.net is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these trademark holders.
Request for Removal: We operate with good will. If you are the official representative of a company, brand, or government entity and object to your name/logo being used in our templates, please contact us immediately. We are committed to removing any disputed product from our store within 24-48 hours upon receiving a valid request.
5. Unauthorized Distribution
We actively monitor the internet for unauthorized distribution of our premium templates. Accounts found sharing our files publicly will be permanently banned, and we reserve the right to take legal action to protect our digital assets.
